DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHIC SCANNERS
FOR CARGO AND CAR INSPECTION
The DRS CargoScan is a digital X-ray system for inspection of
trucks, cars and containers (located on the truck chassis). The patented DRS CargoScan
system is utilized to control of the inspection of cargo without full or partial unloading
while identifying and tracking the cargo within the system for acceleration of the throughput
of any inspection point i.e. customs clearance.
The X-ray detector is a high-sensitivity, high-resolution,
semiconductor based L-shaped linear array.

The digital X-Ray inspection of the item of interest is be generated by scanning with a flat, collimated X-ray beam in one of two ways:
- By moving the vehicle between the X–Ray source and detector array - the positions of which are fixed on the inspection platform;
- By moving the X-ray generator and detector array simultaneously - relative to the inspected item.

manufactured to the exact technical specifications of the end use Customer.
These customized specifications, include but are not limited to - the layout and space
requirements (footprint) of the scanning system, the types of cargo to be scanned (size of
vehicles, etc.), etc.
