Vladimir N. Linev is the General Director of the ADANI Unitary Enterprise since the moment of foundation of the Enterprise in October 1991. Prior to that time, he worked at the post of the Professor of the Department of Nuclear Physics of the Belarusian State University (city of Minsk) and was a scientific director of the Laboratory of Magnetic and Gamma-Resonance Spectroscopy. He has the degree of Ph.D. in technology (1989 г.) and an author of over 50 scientific papers. He has 102 Copyright Certificates and patents for inventions. In 1986, he was awarded the State Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the development, organization of the serial manufacture and application of the small-sized EPR spectrometers.

Elena V. Lineva works as an Executive Director of the Company since March 1995. In 1991-1994 she worked as a Head of the Marketing Department of this Company. She graduated from the Physical Faculty of the Belarusian State University (city of Minsk) in speciality of nuclear physics and electronics. After graduation from the University she worked at the Scientific-Research Laboratory of Electronic Means and Methods of Processing the Optical information of the Belarusian State University.

Anatoly I. Semenikov works as a Research and Development Director since June 1995 года. He graduated from the Physical Faculty of the Belarusian State University (city of Minsk) in speciality of physical optics and spectroscopy. After graduating from the University, he worked at the largest enterprises of the city of Minsk, such as the INTEGRAL Scientific and Production Association and HORIZON Production Association as a director of the divisions dealing with the development of complex devices and systems for microelectronics as well as process control.

Vladimir V. Lisovsky works as a Chief Engineer since the moment of foundation of the Company and as a Technical Director from January 2001. He graduated from the Physical Faculty of the Belarusian State University (city of Minsk) in specialty of nuclear physics and electronics and defended the thesis for the degree of a Candidate of Sciences in Technology. He is a specialist in the field of analytical instrument making author of over 30 scientific papers and inventions.

Vladimir N. Pashko works as a Quality Director since June 2000. After graduating the Mechanical and Technological Faculty of the Belarusian Polytechnical Institute (city of Minsk), he was qualified as a mechanical engineer. He worked at the Minsk Production Association of Computing Machinery from 1971 up to 2000, the last 10 years of which he was a director of the divisions of the state acceptance and receiving inspection of the products.

Vladimir M. Konyukhov works as a Director for General Issues since 2000. He has a qualification of a military mechanical engineer and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Company's infrastructure.

Andrey Prohorov works as a Head of the Marketing Department since May 2003. He has qualifications of an electromechanical engineer and a lawyer.
