When establishing the company in 1991 professor Vladimir Linev considered as the priority task to create strong R&D departments focused on:

  • Completion of any complex R&D task in a straightforward manner utilizing a minimum of time
  • Aggressively seeking further improvements in product design as well as procurement and assembly methods
  • Reduction of production costs, quality improvement and shorter assembly schedules
  • Improvements in performance and quality through shared engineering
  • Developments in strict adherence to international quality standards, based on common programming tools, modern components and innovative technologies
  • Continuing development and supply of new products to the market — to meet market demands

R&D Departments have grown over the years, due to the expansion of the company, in proportion to the increase in its business. Since the inception of ADANI, the R&D departments have made up over 40% of the human resources.

ADANI utilizes a powerful, redundant and secure internal LAN and shared CAD programs and files on 120 workstations for the management of engineering projects and R&D developments in processes, design, manufacture and technical service.

The new developments direction orients to professional skills and experience of the specialists, own patents and know-how.
